Meet Allison

Ever go on vacation and think, “I wish we lived here!”? Allison did just that! Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Allison and her husband, Keith vacationed in Rosemary Beach for 15 years before taking the plunge to move their family to the Emerald Coast.

In her first calendar year as a realtor, Allison was named The Premier Property Group Seacrest Beach Rookie of the Year, selling $14.3 Million in sales volume putting her in the top 1/3 of agents in her brokerage. She has sold houses, townhouses, condos and lots across three counties from the beach to the bay and really enjoys finding off-market houses and pocket listings for her clients. She is also an MLS Home Tour Coordinator for the Emerald Coast Realtor Association.

Allison has built a social media following with 50,000 Instagram followers with a focus on home décor and the 30A lifestyle. Her lifelong passion for real estate and design, along with her experience of owning her own business and social media acumen make Allison the perfect agent to help you sell or buy your home.

Growing up in a family of home builders and brokers, at age 5 Allison's real estate passion began - studying MLS books and conducting open houses with her broker/owner grandmother. Allison has first-hand experience with each end of the real estate spectrum – from designing and self-contracting her family’s farmhouse in Arkansas to styling and staging. She knows the 30A area from the lens of a tourist and now a local. Additionally, the mother of two young girls, who attend area schools, and a dog mom to two Golden Retrievers, Ollie & Rosemary, she understands what “real life” in the area with a family looks and feels like. 

Prior to real estate, Allison earned a bachelor's and master's degree in science and went on to teach at the university level. She later owned and ran a fitness center for women, helping others achieve their weight loss goals and obtain healthier lifestyles.
